To return an item Send an email email@example.com within 14 days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused , in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return request.
We do not accept any return request once the "specials" are sold as ( underwear, swimsuits, lingerie … etc).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of refund item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please click hereto contact us. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
